Gardner Screw Corporation, a family owned business, was founded in 1923. While the Gardner Screw Corporation originally began its business by manufacturing hex head cap screws, that product line quickly expanded to include a variety of wood screws, fasteners, and furniture hardware. The company also made screws for the majority of the furniture factories in the area.

Today Gardner Screw Corporation still manufactures pressed items such as table and combo locks, and also supplies a wide variety of fasteners and a host of other products to furniture factories, construction companies, and plumbing, automotive, electronic, military, marine, and aerospace manufacturers.
